Ensuite 1: Large bathtub, double basins, walk-in shower, and skylight.
Ensuite 2: Walk-in shower, feature plinth basin, and skylight.
Main Bathroom: Rainfall shower over a tiled bathtub.
Outdoor bathtub and lounge chairs.
All bathrooms include basic toiletries.

REST

Master Suite 1:
- Queen bed, robe with seating, tea point (bar fridge, kettle), and study nook with desk.
- Ensuite and direct access to the outdoor bathtub.

Master Suite 2:

King bed (can convert to twin singles), robe with seating, and ensuite

Bedroom 3:
- Queen bed with robe and seating area.
Mezzanine:
- 2x large sofas electrically convert into 2x king single beds.

Fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances: induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, and butler’s pantry (with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and milk frother).
